It was a big year for Emil Erwin. We are happy to announce that Emil Erwin is now offered at the incomparable Barneys, online and in the Madison Avenue location. We are looking forward to what this year will bring. Thank you for your support.

Glasses

When I was 8 years old, I desperately wanted eyeglasses. I complained to my parents that I was having trouble seeing so they took me to the optometrist. I was able to swindle a prescription and had a pair of my fathers old glasses fitted with my new lenses. Recently I was complaining that I was having more and more trouble with my vision, and my prescription wasn't cutting it. This Sunday I opened a cabinet at my parents house to find a dish and saw the glasses from my childhood. I tried them on...perfect.

Nashville!

I dont often get out, although I have been trying lately. The more I get out the more excited I am to be living in Nashville. As a friend pointed out, this town has become a hotbed of creative activity. Everywhere I look there are unique businesses springing up, from The Big Bang Candy Co. to Peter Nappi, and Otis James. And of course we cant forget to mention Imogene and Willie. It is a great city and getting better.

We hope to be adding to the Nashville retail scene shortly. We are looking around for a shop that can act as a manufacturing spot and provide a small retail front.

We have introduced a few new products and look forward to a few more shortly inculding a front pocket wallet, an eyeglass case, and some suspenders. Will keep you posted.
